UCAS Information


UCAS Early Applicant Deadline - 6th October + entrance exams + normal UCAS deadline

Your UCAS application must be submitted to The Careers Office by 4pm on Friday 6th October

UCAS Deadlines and tests - Oxford, Cambridge, Medicine, Dental and Vet applicants should ignore the Sunday 15th October deadline, which is too late for you to send your early application – please ensure you have completed your application by the end of this week, Friday 6th October.

Staff in the Careers department at the College then have a week to ensure your references are completed and the form is then sent to UCAS. You must pay UCAS as directed by your tutor. Careers closes at 4pm on Friday 13th October after which time no more early applicant forms will be sent to UCAS by Careers staff at the College.

There is a UCAS surgery in the Careers department at the College from 1.00-6.30pm on Thursday 12th October.

Do you need to enter yourself for a university admissions test? Please go to the Hills Road Exams webpage to book your Oxford, Cambridge, BMAT, Maths test etc. The link above allows you to book exams that are taken in College. UKCAT and LNAT are booked externally via Pearson Testing. It is your responsibility to ensure you are entered for an admissions test. Please check individual university websites for entry requirements.

Extra tests and auditions are highlighted on the UCAS form when you enter a course that requires these.
